Cecilia Wennerström Ann Blom Duo
Cecilia and Ann started playing jazz together in Cecilia Wennerström Quartet in 1997. For a couple of years now, they also have been playing in Ellman Larsson Constellation. Moreover, they have both enjoyed playing with the ladies entertainment big band Peo Jönis' Satin Dolls for the last fifteen or so years. In 2009, when Cecilia was invited to form a duo for the concert series Perfect Harmony, she asked Ann to be her companion. The duo plays compositions by both musicians in a main stream beat and jazz tradition with occasional quirks, like when Cecilia uses circular breathing.
